• Coordinate and facilitate clear communication between all parties Manage site progress meetings
  • Assure the development of  a detailed progress schedule
  • Monitor schedule progress and budget compliance throughout the construction process
  • Evaluate, recommend for approval and process Payment Applications through the Client's staff
  • Define Change Order substantiation procedures
  • Evaluate and resolve any Change Order applications
  • Insure that the Architect and Consultants complete punch listing of the work
  • Coordinate close-out documentation for the project
  • Ensure that all outstanding problems are resolved and a smooth operations start-up is achieved
